রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

আমরা চাই আপনি আপনার অর্ডারে সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। কোনো পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে নিচের নিয়মে ফেরত বা বদলের আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

১. সময়সীমা

কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার (রিসিভ করার) ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। এই সময়ের পরে আসা আবেদন সাধারণত গ্রহণ করা হয় না। কুরিয়ারের রেকর্ডে থাকা ডেলিভারির সময় থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টা গণনা করা হয়।

২. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত বা বদল গ্রহণযোগ্য

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য: সেলাই, কাপড় বা গঠনে স্পষ্ট ত্রুটি আছে।
ভুল পণ্য: আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সাথে পাঠানো পণ্যের মিল নেই (ভুল পণ্য, রং বা সাইজ)।

এই দুই ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত বা বদলের ডেলিভারি চার্জ আমরা বহন করব।

২ক. পছন্দ না হলে ফেরত (Change of mind)

পণ্য পছন্দ না হলেও আপনি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন, তবে ফেরতের ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে। শর্ত:

পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, না ধোয়া এবং আসল অবস্থায় প্যাকেটসহ থাকতে হবে।
মোজা এবং ব্যবহার করা বা ধোয়া পোশাক এই সুবিধার আওতায় পড়ে না।
পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছে যাচাই হলে পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত বা বদল দেওয়া হবে।

৩. সাইজ বদল

আপনি ভুল সাইজ অর্ডার করলে সাইজ বদলের ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনি বহন করবেন।
আমরা অর্ডারের চেয়ে আলাদা সাইজ পাঠালে বদলের চার্জ আমরা দেব।

৪. যা ফেরত বা বদল করা হয় না

ব্যবহার করা বা ধোয়া ডেনিম ট্রাউজার ও অন্যান্য পোশাক
গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
মোজা: স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কারণে সাধারণত ফেরত হয় না। শুধু "দুর্গন্ধ হলে টাকা ফেরত" গ্যারান্টির শর্তে আলাদা ব্যবস্থা আছে (রিফান্ড নীতি দেখুন)।
২৪ ঘণ্টার পরে জানানো সমস্যা

৫. আবেদনের ধাপ

পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ০১৯০৭১৪৯৭৭৫ নম্বরে ফোন বা WhatsApp করুন, অথবা metamartbangladesh@gmail.com-এ লিখুন।
ইনভয়েস নম্বর, নাম, ফোন নম্বর এবং সমস্যার ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠান।
আমরা যাচাই করে আপনাকে জানাব এবং ফেরত বা বদলের নির্দেশনা দেব।
আমাদের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী পণ্য ফেরত পাঠান। যেভাবে পেয়েছেন সেভাবে প্যাকেটসহ রাখুন।
পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছে যাচাই শেষ হলে বদল বা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

৬. রিফান্ড

টাকা ফেরতের নিয়ম ও মাধ্যম জানতে রিফান্ড নীতি দেখুন।

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong with an item, you may request a return or exchange under the rules below.

1. Time limit

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel from the courier. Requests made after this period are generally not accepted. The 24 hours are counted from the delivery time recorded by the courier.

2. When a return or exchange is accepted

Defective item: a clear defect in stitching, fabric or construction.
Wrong item: the item sent does not match what you ordered (wrong product, colour or size).

In both cases, we bear the return or exchange delivery charge.

2a. Return if you do not like the item (change of mind)

You may also return an item you simply do not like, but the return delivery charge must be paid by the customer. Conditions:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
Socks and used or washed clothing are not covered by this option.
Once the item reaches us and is verified, the product price will be refunded or the item exchanged.

3. Size exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, the delivery charge for the size exchange is paid by the customer.
If we sent a size different from your order, we pay the exchange charge.

4. What cannot be returned or exchanged

Used or washed denim trousers and other clothing
Items damaged by the customer
Socks: not returnable for hygiene reasons, except under our "money back if the socks smell" guarantee (see Refund Policy)
Issues reported after the 24-hour period

5. How to request

Within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, call or WhatsApp +880 1907-149775, or email metamartbangladesh@gmail.com.
Send your invoice number, name, phone number and photos or a video of the problem.
We will verify and tell you how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Send the item back as instructed, kept in its original packaging as received.
Once the item reaches us and is verified, we will provide the exchange or refund.
