রিফান্ড নীতি
এই নীতিতে বলা আছে কোন ক্ষেত্রে, কীভাবে এবং কত দিনে আপনি টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।
১. মোজার "দুর্গন্ধ হলে টাকা ফেরত" গ্যারান্টি

প্রযোজ্য নয়: যাদের পায়ে অতিরিক্ত ঘামের সমস্যা বা রোগ আছে, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এই গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
২. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্যের রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন নীতি অনুযায়ী ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানানো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য আমাদের কাছে ফেরত আসার পর যাচাই শেষে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। বিকল্প হিসেবে বদলও দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
২ক. পছন্দ না হওয়ায় ফেরত
রিটার্ন নীতির শর্ত পূরণ করে পছন্দ না হওয়ায় পণ্য ফেরত দিলে, পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছে যাচাই হওয়ার পর পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত বা বদল দেওয়া হবে। ফেরতের ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন এবং তা রিফান্ড থেকে বাদ যেতে পারে বা আগেই পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে।
৩. রিফান্ডের মাধ্যম
bKash, Nagad অথবা আপনার সুবিধামতো অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। রিফান্ডের জন্য আপনার একটি সচল মোবাইল ওয়ালেট বা অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর লাগবে।
৪. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড নয়
- নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে জানানো সমস্যা
- ব্যবহার করা বা ধোয়া পোশাক
- গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
- মোজার গ্যারান্টির শর্ত পূরণ না হলে (যেমন ভিডিও ছাড়া জানানো বা ৭ দিনের পরে জানানো)
৫. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির অর্ডার
পণ্য গ্রহণের আগে কোনো টাকা নেওয়া হয় না, তাই গ্রহণ না করা বা বাতিল অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত দেওয়ার মতো টাকা থাকে না।

This policy explains when, how and how quickly you can receive a refund.
1. "Money back if the socks smell" guarantee

Exclusion: this guarantee does not apply to people who have a foot-sweating condition or disorder.
2. Refunds for defective or wrong items
A defective or wrong item reported within 24 hours under our Return Policy will be refunded after it is received by us and verified. We may offer an exchange as an alternative.
2a. Refunds for change of mind
If you return an item you do not like, meeting the conditions of the Return Policy, the product price will be refunded or the item exchanged after it reaches us and is verified. The return delivery charge is borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund or have to be paid in advance.
3. Refund methods
Refunds are paid by bKash, Nagad or another method convenient to you. You will need an active mobile wallet or account number for the refund.
4. When refunds do not apply
- Issues reported after the stated time limit
- Used or washed clothing
- Items damaged by the customer
- When the socks guarantee conditions are not met (for example no video, or reported after 7 days)
5. Cash on Delivery orders
No money is collected before you accept the parcel, so there is nothing to refund for refused or cancelled orders.
